So, coming home from work, part load, got nasty vibration/noise followed by loss of power & clouds of oil smoke.
Got home, no sign of engine malfunction. Shut the motor off & this is what your hear:

So, blown turbo, clutch that won't hold decent power, and Howe Racing radiator leaks where tanks attach to core on both sides......
I have a little work ahead.
Precision won't warranty it outright cos I purchased it over a year ago, even though it wasn't actually running until last May.
Howe will fix the rad, just have to send it back.
Spec wants to evaluate the clutch components, but doesn't feel its likely their problem, esp. since I didn't buy their flywheel.
