Upgrading To A 19T And None Too Soon, Headgasket Also...

I'm now well over 100K miles on my current build, and had developed what I thought was a RMS leak, (can't recall if it was OEM or not), as well as several others that are a bit elusive. In addition the radiator is starting to leak, plus I've decided to upgrade my turbo to an ARD 19T, W/ 11 blade billet, install a set of green injectors to replace my original whites which have 417K miles on them, as well as updating my ARD Blue tune for the injectors. Due to my time constraints as well as some health issues, this time around I'm having the local dealer do the work. I'm having all external seals replaced, which they will provide along with a warranty. I also have an agreement with them that they will install parts I provide without a part warranty, only workmanship. That was the original plan.  Once the engine was out of the car, so I could take a closer look at what was leaking, I found oil leakage from the head gasket, as well as evidence of some water seepage which caused buildup on the underside of the water pipe.  This was very puzzling as my compression is 180psi across the five.  I can’t say I’ve ever seen a head gasket fail like this.

First the pretty stuff...
