Well I'm committing to the build. It may take a while as work isn't in full swing this time of year but WHO CARES?!?!?!? I'm going to build up my 2002 V70 NA that came stock with a M56. It is a BASE wagon so it has virtually no options.
Stock:
- Base
- Third Row
- Leather interior
- Fold-up table in rear seats
- MANUAL!!!
THAT'S IT!!! I bought it thinking it would be a low maintenance car, and it has been.

The Plan:
- Custom catback exhaust with Borla XR1 muffler (Good ole NYS emissions prevents me from doing a cat delete)
- Custom Intake: I've been looking at the Snabb intake pipe...couple that with a cold air filter and heat shield from IPD 
- Braces Galore!!!
- IPD Anti-sway bars
- Once the suspension dies it will be put on lowering springs and shocks, if it ain't broke don't fix it!
- Software once the Denso reaches it end
I spoke with the kind people at IPD and they said the Denso computer should be able to adapt to the mods I have in mind. Once the Denso reaches it end or I get new cams, then I'll look into software mods (More than likely will be a custom tune).
This may take a while to update but I will definitely keep you all posted. The hope is to make this a 200 HP NA. If not oh well.
