I recently had santa on early visit dropping by with my DVC-Stage II meth/water injection kit.

My car is a 97`R wagon, completed Stage 0. Genereic stage II tuned. ARD WG, Forge CBV, cat back exhaust and KN panel filter. Castrol Edge10W-60, cant believe how engine smoothed out with that oil. 160k miles on the odometer.
During hot weather/repeated pulls it pulls timing like crazy, cold amb temp it pulls like a freight train 9/10 times on the throttle.
It holds a steady 16psi. But when hot amb temp there is no power behind the 16psi.
Anybody installed meth kits on their 850 turbo?
As the pump is a push action pump, the pump should be mounted below/slightly below any reservoir.
Planning to use the window washer tank for my reservoir, any suggestion as to where I should mount the pump. Thinking it may be ok to mount it by the charcoal canister, drivers side.
Any experience or feedback welcome.
Also, my AC isnt working, havent worked since early 2003, previous owner had it looked at numerous times to no awail. Now, 12 years on I reckon its beyond repair, at a fair cost.
I have been thinking of removing the ac radiator in front of intercooler but am discouraged by workload to get it out.
As it is sandwiched with the coolant rad and intercooler I`m afraid cutting it out, will render the intercooler and coolant rad hanging loosely in place, missing the AC rad. I do have an angle grinder but no welding machine to fab/mount a new bracket for the intercooler and coolant red.
Any suggestions as to how I safely can remove the AC radiator would be much appreciated.
As the car is in daily use I cannot render it inoperable for days on end troubleshooting after removing the ac rad.
