Swapping Wheels Problem Between 02 C70 And S60

Hi,

I just swapped my C70 with some S60 wheels and it happened that my tires started to rub the inner fender liner.

Does any know about the offsets of these wheels?

they are both 17" and here are the pictures.

So, will some wheel spacers fix the problem?
