1St Gen S80 T6 Questions

Ok... I've been doing a lot of reading on multiple sites and I'm having trouble with a few things.

Quick background on the car. Just got it at a steal of a price because the car did not start. Fuel pump fixed that issue in a hurry.
2002 S80 T6 2.9L Twin Turbo.
123000 miles all stock.

Now... I know people don't "mod" these cars due to their gimp-along rubber band transmission and a few other things. But... I like a challenge and 4T65 trans builds are my specialty so I'm not worried there.

No check engine lights etc. The car has amazing throttle response but feels like something is holding it back, anything in the upper rpm range. No abnormal engine displays. Could there be an issue here or is this just normal.

Secondly... I know all about the cbv, bov, diverter valve nonsense... But... My 2002 doesn't seem to have any sort of valve anywhere Wtf?! I'd really like to install a bov once I get the software tune in it but can't find a straight answer on how to put one in the RIGHT way. Not worried about the "rich" blip caused by the bov because I will have it tuned by then.

Also, kind of random but does ANYONE out there make any sort of boost gauge pod/install plate that does not interfere with airbag safety???

Lastly, I know VIVA performance sells a catback for the car which I'm ordering Friday but where can I find a downpipe setup? Something under 1000$. Can one be made? And with what flanges?

And on a last note... Does ANYONE make a "hardpipe" intercooler tubing kit to get rid of the rubber junk? Or maybe Samco silicone for the twin turbo?

I know everybodys all about Volvo 5 cylinders and single turbos but I've grown to like the luxury of my s80 and the uniqueness of it so don't tell me to trade for an s60 because it's not happening haha. Thanks in advance.
