I tried to avoid a whole new thread by searching and asking questions, but there are way too many different answers out there. Hoping I can get some of your input.
Looking to put a new clutch and maybe a flywheel in my M66 swapped 99 V70r. The trans came from a 2005 S40. When I originally did the swap back in Oct, I used the clutch that came with the trans. I new it was thin, but I had spent a fair bit of money on the swap and didn't want to figure out which clutch to run at the time; I just wanted to get the car going again. Now that one's starting to slip a bit.
First question is... Are the gains from going from the stock dual mass to a Viva Perf single mass worth the price tag ($600)??
What would be my best option for a clutch? I have 2 options so far...

I'm not pushing radical HP, I think I'm around ~280-300 ish at the crank with the mods I've done. Not looking to break the bank on this, I just want something that'll hold up decently. This is basically my DD, and I drive kind of hard but generally not racing the car.
