I Have Turbo Parts Laying Around. Should I Maybe Make A 19T?

Ok well i have the turbo off my old 96 850 wagon 15t minus exhaust wheel, and the whole turbo unit off my old 2003 s40 im unsure what kind of turbo it is i think a 12T. I know a while back people where taking old turbo parts and making 19t's out of them i dont see it as much anymore. Is there any 19T swap kits on the market still that would keep me from having to get the center part machined. And yes i know to always balance a turbo after rebuild also
