I had Bsr stage 2 in my car S60 2.4T my 2001, 4 years without any problems.
Recently I bought 3 "downpipe from Cnt racing, with 200 metallic cat with spacer to fool rearlambda, so it does not generate dtc ,when I had at the time stage 2 file in ECU. So I changed the old downpipe with the new 3 " downpipe and ran with it for a week without a lot of trouble, but after a week came DTC.
So I erase DTC, and upgraded stage 2 to stage3 file, removed the spacer ,screw O2 lambda in place, started the car and drove, and voila no errors., But when I was going to start a second time, it was wrong again.
So the error P0138, P0037 referrerer for the rear lambda O2 sensor. Have cheket fuse in the engine compartment, but it's ok, there are no leaks in the exhaust. Could hear from the exhaust that it runs Fet in afr.And when I smell at exaust ,it smell wery bad... Btw car runs wery well, and could feel the difference from stage2 to stage3, it runs in a little more boost pressure.
What do you think guys?
Ps:I had P0134,and P0037 at first,but P0134 disappear and p0138 came somehow?
