Didn't know if this should be here or over in maintenance.
I'm slowly doing a build .. one small portion at a time.
At the back of the motor I'm doing a 19t, straight to angle flange conversion, R manifold.
I don't have the exhaust sorted yet, so I'm trying to get a head start by using a little free time this weekend to swap the manifold
I've never dropped a turbo or manifold one of these cars before.
How feasible would it be to leave the stock 15g & exhaust intact and replace the the stock manifold with the R?
Doable, or does it require getting the turbo out of the way?
I hear that it can be a hassle getting the runner gaskets to stay in place. Any pointers?
