850T Downpipe Options --- Cnt V70 Fwd?

edit: Car in question is an 850 w/ angle flange td04.

I don't want a full exhaust.

I want a 3" downpipe, and I want a 200CPI cat.

I don't really want to buy a complete OBX just for the angle flange downpipe, then try to recover costs by reselling the rest of it.

OBX for 850's says it is for  94-04 850/C70/S70/V70 FWD

Now, if that system is good for up to '04 V70 FWD, is there any reason a CNT downpipe/cat combo for an '01-'06 V70 FWD won't work?

I realize I'd have to do something about the rear flange, but what about the rest of it?

I'm thinking this could be a less hassle and more plug and play solution for my needs .... provided the price is right and the cat isn't junk.
