Volvo 850 Digital Climate Control

I was bumming around on youtube and saw a review of a diesel 850 somewhere in Europe possibly Russia. Look at the 20:00 mark and you’ll see what looks to be a digital climate face in the stock location. It has no knobs. Did Volvo offer one for a different model or is it aftermarket? I searched Google and have yet to find where it came from or see anybody who has one. Does someone here know more info? Here is the link.
