Getting The Most Out Of A Td04Hl (19T Compressor)

With all the work lucky has been doing to create bolt on upgrades for our TD04's(thanks BTW), it has really got me doing some thinking.

After reading through some threads I have found the following items:

Billet Compressor Wheel(19T)

ARD:

ARD 11 Blade Exhaust Wheel:

http://www.ardtuning.com/11-Blade-TD04-Turbine-wheel_p_161.html

Kanugawa 9 Blade:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Turbo-Turbine-Wheel-Shaft-MITSUBISHI-TD04HL-9-Blades-Faster-Spool-500-RPM-/121121479792?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1c33671c70

So my thoughts are a billet 19T compressor wheel(lighter and also redesigned fins for more CFM) and a 9 blade exhaust wheel to free up some restriction and get more power in the upper RPM's (less boost fade).

What are your thoughts on these 9 blade exhaust wheels for the TD04? Is it the housing that is the restriction or just the turbine itself.

Im thinking that with that configuration you should be able to hit 350WHP with appropriate supporting mods.

Also the turbo should spool up a little slower 500 for the 11 maybe 800 for 9 slower which will also help to control the 19T from crazy boost spike at low RPM's.

I really think this is getting the most out of your 19T   plus bolton factor!

Also if someone could explain exactly why less blades is better is it because it is less restrictive but in return will spool later since there are less blades?
