1994 Volvo 850 Obd1 Connection/tune

I am trying to tune my 1994 Volvo 850.  Its a 2.4L motor, NA setup.  I need to know where and how to hook into the system to tune it with a computer.  Is there a special connector or way of doing this?  Thanks!
