Gummi Nipel/studs

Since I am going to make homemade 3 " cai for my Volvo , I'm missing the rubber nipple , which IPD cai has .
Where do I buy the rubber studs, maybe volvo ?
I hope you can help me to find it so I can make the cai finished.
