V70R 2000 Motronic Swap

Hi, i dont really post here but i read a lot on this forums (very helpful),
Firts sorry for the english i'm canadian french and my english is not the best So i will try to explain my project...
So i have buy a V70R 2000 here whit some transmission trouble. I know it is expensive to rebuilt and i will be very lucky to find one 5 speed in junk yard so that where my project start.... I dont have a lot of money but i have a lot of time, one s70 t5M 1998 and one 1998 V70XC so here is my question HOW difficult will be to swap the ME7 system to a M4.4 motronic ? Do i have only to change all the wire in the engine and also the dash ? Or maybee more, i have search a lot to someone have do this and i cant find it or i search at the wrong place.... At this point it will be easy to put the M58 for a manual swap and keep the awd... So here what a think i have to do :
Change all wire from my S70 t5M 1998 into the V70R
Drill a hole in the firewall for throttle cable
Maybe change the cluster for a 1998...

Anybody have idea ?
