Hello fellow forum, I own a volvo 850 t5-r black 1995, car buy really cheap, considering a reconstruction. Bodywork is pretty good except some minor details, the inside is another matter, the front seats are in very poor condition as well as the interior trim, steering wheel, dashboard, shifter etc ... the engine can not say 100% but is not rubbish anyway was thought to make a reconstruction when you buy. I analyzed the situation and small calculations about how much it would cost me my car in perfect condition and the price is very close to the value of a S60R, here is my question, you who would do? spending money on my old volvo t5-ro buy a more modern new car as a s60 r? want to modify both cars but I was happy with my choice, I have always been passionate about vintage cars and specifically the volvo 850, this is the third one I have. Another option would be to sell my current t5-r and buy another one in better condition and rebuild the new T5R.
If I decide to end your help by the newest S60R manual is as easy to promote as a t5-r? their internal would hold the same power as the internal t5-r? few horsepower supports the transmission 4wd? Thanks for your time
