I have a 1995 850 turbo and i have inevitably developed interest in getting a bit more power out of it. Stage 0 is complete and I currently have a 16t turbo with an angle flange exhaust housing and a pair of NA cams ready to be put on, but both projects have been put on hold. Im waiting for cam seals and i just can't afford the exhaust for the turbo to be put on. In the mean time, though i have a pretty good idea of how to do the cam swap, ive been looking for a cam swap write up. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction, or just give me an idea of the process.
Also, i'm saving up for an ECU tune, which i will probably get in a few months, just because there's no need to go fast in the winter. What should i get? Would a stage II ard tune work? Should go on the ardideas website and do the custom tuning thing? Are these the same thing?
How much power can i expect with proper cam timing with the tune?
